ERP & HRMS Sales Executive – Bahrain & KSA Region

As a Sales Executive, you'll usually work with commercial clients, finding the right technological software products to suit their business needs.
In pre-sales, this may involve demonstrating the features of a particular product. It may also mean responding to a pre-qualification questionnaire.
Once the sale of the product or service is completed, ongoing support is usually provided which may include technical help, such as solving faults or problems and advising on appropriate user training.

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall planning, strategy, direction, and control of all sales in the allocated accounts; achievement of agreed sales targets; and the development of future sales plans.
Responsible for building and maintaining the sales pipeline in CRM and submitting required sales forecasts.
Responsible for achieving quarterly & annual sales targets.
Responsible for handling escalated customer complaints.
Required to communicate with customers to ensure that contractual service agreements and expectations are exceeded.
Provide sales, technology, and business-related expertise, particularly in the relevant Industry.
Establish contacts building positive relationships/networks with senior-level decision-makers of the relevant Industry and its environment.
Track and update leads and opportunities.
The role is office based, but often involves traveling to clients' premises.
Flexibility and mobility are often prerequisites.
Qualification & Skills
This area of work is open to all graduates, but a degree in one of the following subjects may be particularly useful:
Business information systems or technology
Computer science, software engineering, or computer engineering
Communications or Marketing
Relevant sales experience for ERP and HRMS solutions (2+ years).
Excellent communication skills
Integrity and a strong work ethic
Superior oral, telephone, and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision (after initial training)
Enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently as well as with a team
Effective relationship builder: the ability to develop trusting relationships with customers, team members, management, and partners
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & handle multiple responsibilities
A quick learner & influencer with strong leadership capabilities
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English & Arabic
A good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses - though having technical skills before you start isn't essential
