Job Summary
The ERP Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects (ERP & others) including planning, research, assessments, demonstrations, designing, delivery, integration, testing, quality management, and documentation, to ensure the successful implementation of projects and activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Analyzes and assesses existing systems and procedures.
Leads and coordinates: Definition, development, and documentation of the solution’s business requirements, and objectives.
Deliverables and specifications on a project-by-project basis.
Defining solution development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation.
Contributes and manages programming projects from requirements definition through implementation and support.
Identifies areas for improvement & enhancement/modification in existing programs and subsequently develops these modifications.
Proper documentation of the entire project and process (from the requirement-gathering process to blueprint and phase sign-off)
Collaborates with the team in conceptualizing and developing new bundles and solutions.
Research, Analysis, and Problem-Solving
Conducts research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.
Designs, implements, and manages software programs.
Researches identify, analyze, and fulfill the requirements of all internal and external users.
Liaises and collaborates with the Technology Manager and/ or vendors for efficient implementation of related or integrated products or systems and for resolution of any adaptation issues.
Recommends, schedules, and performs software improvements and upgrades.
Creates training procedures for users.
Documents all codes and libraries used.
Administrative Duties
Ensures completion of needed paper works and/ or documentation (technical/ administrative).
Coordinates and executes User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scripts, and required documentation.
Other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications & Skills
Has great attention to detail.
Proven track record in implementing and managing end-to-end IT-related projects.
Embodies an executive presence and has the ability to present oneself confidently and professionally.
ERP Consultant Certification.
Knowledge of ERP development tools and coding languages is a plus.
Communicates and expresses thoughts clearly is organized and systematic; exudes confidence in projecting ideas and has presence of mind (both verbal and written).
Demonstrates the ability to manage stakeholders, and engage and build a good relationship with individuals providing the most impact on their work.
Upholds integrity in all dealings and projects.
Accountable yet works in collaboration and teamwork with others.
Manages time well, able to balance multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any IT-related courses.
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE
A relevant experience as an ERP consultant or similar role in a similar industry.
Extensive knowledge of business processes, operational tasks, or industry.
Experience in Design thinking preferred.
